Tuning Out The Noise, Tune In to The Message

Have you ever been caught in a situation where something you heard in a conversation was just unpleasant or there was something about what the person had said that resonated with you in the wrong way? Your friend begins to talk about someone as soon as they leave the room. Your mind begins to think, " Gosh, what if this person also does this behind my back when I walk out of the room?

Often times, we find ourselves troubled by what others think or feel, yet we have the full control over what the message actually means.

You may naturally begin to have negative feelings and thoughts as you begin to process the message that was conveyed. But how you conclude the message is key in finding a final resolve in what and how it really applies to you specifically. Ultimately, you live with the decision you make and it is imperative to be happy with your thought process and make sure that you don't continuously feel troubled by what others say.
